If you have an Xbox Series S|X Controller that you want to add one or more of our Sweaty Custom mods, we offer a mail-in service to do just that! Simply select your upgrades, add it to the cart and checkout! The service also includes repair to issues your controller is experiencing such as stick drift, damaged thumbsticks, headset jack, damaged button switches, button conductive rubber replacement and dpad button sticker replacement if needed.
Once we receive your controller, we will install the upgrades you have selected, test the controller and mail it back to you within 15 business days. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us via the website chat feature!
Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping controller to us at their expense and also pays for shipping cost to mail back to you.
